This November, DigiFarmz held its first official roadshow - a strategic journey that covered multiple agricultural regions of Brazil to strengthen connections, listen to the needs of the countryside and plan the next steps for the 2026 harvest. Over the course of five days, the team visited cities in the states of São Paulo, Paraná and even went as far as Paraguay, where they had a dedicated agenda with Agrotec, a long-standing partner company. The initiative marked a new chapter in DigiFarmz's presence in the market, reinforcing proximity, vision and joint construction.
"A technology company needs to have in-depth knowledge of the context, challenges and routines of agribusinesses. We are a company that comes from agriculture to technology, so understanding what happens in the field is our foundation," says André Noronha, sales coordinator at DigiFarmz. "The roadshow came precisely to consolidate the vision of the new challenges of the 2025/2026 harvest. Cooperatives and dealers are living in a new, challenging moment. What's more, if they don't know what to do about it, they could be on the list of the next RJ's that we've seen so much of in recent months. We know the reality, the technical and commercial challenges. And our methodology is unanimously aligned with what brings commercial results without forgetting the technical pillar."
The journey began in São Paulo state, in Piracicaba city, with a meeting focused on issues such as regional challenges, seasonality and specific needs. The day marked the beginning of an itinerary designed to connect agronomic intelligence to the local reality. A reality in which agronomists who serve sugarcane also need to serve soybeans, and commercial and technical leveling will be built on DigiFarmz.
Over the next few days, the team toured one of the country's largest agricultural corridors: Londrina, Ubiratã, Palotina and Cascavel. Each stop revealed different scenarios, opportunities and valuable insights into the adoption of technology in the field.
"In each city we found a different demand - and this is precisely what enriches our work," comments André. "Even in the cradle of national cooperativism, we see that when margins tighten, commercial aggressiveness takes over, and intelligent and strategic decision-making needs to go hand in hand. Nowadays, the brand of the retailer or cooperative doesn't solve all the problems. We live in a new era! Farmers have been forced into a new dynamic governed by credit and not by the central technical pillar, and this will tend to get even worse. So how can we add value in the face of commercially-driven behavior on all sides? Marry the technical to the commercial! And that's exactly what we're doing."
The meetings involved both customers and potential partners, always with a focus on presenting possibilities for 2026 and understanding how the DigiFarmz Linkage solution can evolve according to the pains and contexts of each operation.
One of the milestones of the roadshow was the trip to Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, where DigiFarmz held a dedicated agenda with a partner that has been with the company for several years, Agrotec. The meeting included discussions on validating field insights, the strategic vision for 2026 and opportunities involving data, credit and added value for producers.
"Being in Paraguay reinforces something essential for us: agriculture has no borders when it comes to technology and efficiency," André points out. "It was an important moment to reaffirm our partnership, review results and move forward in building new deliveries."
In addition to aligning next steps, the visit also opened doors for future initiatives, such as proofs of concept and improvements in strategic functionalities, especially on the credit analysis front involving agronomic data.
The roadshow ended in western Paraná, consolidating a week full of face-to-face interactions. At the end of the journey, it was clear that the movement brought more than a commercial agenda: it brought confirmation that the DigiFarmz methodology is aligned with the new challenges of the harvest. New partnerships with digital fronts, services, added value and research are being signed as a result of this round.
"We came back with a very clear picture of the market and that the DigiFarmz commercial acceleration plan methodology is aligned with the crop's premises. Now it's up to us to take the challenges facing resellers and cooperatives seriously and show them how to solve them through DigiFarmz," says André. "These were days of real exchange, with honest conversations about challenges and opportunities. This gives us confidence and confirms our direction for the next cycle."
The outlook for 2026 looks challenging but, for companies that know where to go, it's positive, with growing interest in integrated working models, appreciation of data applied to the producer's routine and openness to the new functionalities that are already under development.
"The roadshow showed that this is the way forward: if you don't know the challenge at the cutting edge, you don't know what you're creating. And I'm happy to say that we got it right with what we created for resellers and cooperatives for planning 2026," André concludes. "When we sit in front of those who decide, ask questions, validate and live the day-to-day of farming, we create stronger relationships and more accurate solutions. And this is the basis of what we want to build over the next few years. With medium and long-term partnerships, and sharing the challenges, in a way that more than belongs to what is experienced, crop by crop, in the field."
